The graphical plan board offers a visual summary of project work orders related to equipment maintenance, performance, and utilization to generate tailored quotes, allowing you to plan and schedule service and transport with instant access to resources, vehicles, and fleet availability. It has a simple user interface with a "drag and drop" option to plan equipment and fulfill rental orders quickly. 

Do you offer field service support for maintenance?

Yes. Planners can leverage the graphical service plan board within our Equipment Planning Software to view the availability and capability of technicians and assign jobs accordingly. The field technician receives the job using an AI-enabled mobile field service app and can access data remotely, online and offline.  

Planners and technicians can also document and view the progress of equipment maintenance using the dashboards, as the status change is automatically updated after each step in the maintenance process (such as travel to the next job, start job, or end job). The same is reflected in the graphical plan board in a different color, easing visualization and tracking of service jobs. 

Can I combine and plan standard items (consumables) with rental equipment/objects?

Yes. You can combine and plan rental assets (equipment/objects) with standard items in one rental contract and easily sell the consumables as part of the main rental object. For instance, you can rent a crane and individual consumables such as brake shoes or crane cables.  

The Rental Planning Software allows you to build rental kits or bundle packages often rented together. This also makes it easier for your customers to rent out all the required equipment from one place at competitive prices. 

Can I plan personnel together with the rental equipment?

Yes, you can plan personnel such as operators, drivers, and technicians, along with the rental equipment and service. The Equipment Planning Software allows you to select multiple resources to fulfill rental orders and add staff, such as crane operators with the crane.  

If special requirements (such as skills and certificates) are necessary to perform a job, planners can select only those who meet those requirements using advanced search options.
