Amsterdam, The Netherlands, September 28, 2026 – STAEDEAN announces that its CEO, Luciano Cunha, is currently unavailable.
Until further notice, Marcel van den Broek, Chief Financial Officer and statutory director, will lead the company's day-to-day operations. Today, 28 September 2026, Erica van der Meij joins STAEDEAN as Chief Transformation Officer. Ms Van der Meij was previously Chief Operating Officer of Atos Benelux & Nordics.
Supervisory Board member Robert Pijselman has been appointed delegated Supervisory Board member and will work closely with the management team during this period.
STAEDEAN's operations, customer commitments, and product roadmap continue as normal.
